Propuesta de estructuraflexible para modelos de negócios IoT

Resumen

El uso de tecnologías denominadas Internet de las Cosas (IoT) facilita la integración y la interacción entre objetos por medio de sensores y conexiones permitiendo la comunicación entre ellos y el entorno. Si bien es cierto que IoT permite un  mayor intercambio de datos, también es cierto que hace más compleja la construcción de los modelos de negocios. Esta amplia red de comunicación presenta una gran oportunidad para el desarrollo empresarialque incluye tecnologías IoT, sin embargo, también aumenta la complejidad para la construcción de los modelos de negocios.Este estudio propone una estructura flexible para modelos de negocio que utilizan tecnologías IoT. Se propusieron dos configuraciones personalizadas (customizadas) de modelos de negociosIoT, orientadas a: manufactura y productos/servicios. Como contribuciones, este trabajo presenta una identificación de patrones entre las propuestas de modelos de negocios IoT,   así como una propuesta personalizada para la estructuración de modelos para aplicaciones en negocios que utilizan las tecnologías IoT. De esta forma se espera que los gerentes puedan usar como punto de partida las estructuras propuestas para definir y/o modificar sus modelos de negocios de acuerdo con sus objetivos.
