Transferencia de conocimiento Universidad – Organizaciones. Rol de motivación intrínseca y valor funcional
Resumen
La transferencia de conocimientos de las universidades a las organizaciones es fundamental para fortalecer la innovación, el rendimiento y el vínculo entre la educación académica y el sector productivo. El objetivo de este estudio fue examinar los efectos de la motivación intrínseca y la percepción del valor funcional de los estudios en la adquisición de conocimientos en el contexto de su transferencia a las organizaciones por parte de estudiantes universitarios en Ecuador, que se emplean activamente. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional y explicativo, basado en datos recopilados a través de un cuestionario estructurado administrado a estudiantes de diversas instituciones de educación superior en Ecuador. El análisis se llevó a cabo utilizando un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales de mínimos cuadrados parciales para evaluar las relaciones directas e indirectas entre los constructos del modelo. Los resultados muestran que la adquisición de conocimientos influye positivamente en la motivación intrínseca, el valor funcional percibido y la transferencia de conocimientos. Además, la motivación intrínseca afecta significativamente a la transferencia y actúa como mediadora entre la adquisición y la transferencia. Por el contrario, el valor funcional percibido no mostró un efecto directo ni mediador significativo. Estos hallazgos demuestran que la transferencia depende principalmente del dominio conceptual y de la motivación interna para aplicar lo aprendido.
