Tendencias del conocimiento: sostenibilidad y gestión de proyectos en organizaciones de salud
Resumen
Este estudio bibliométrico analiza la relación entre sostenibilidad y gestión de proyectos en organizaciones de salud. Para ello, se realizó una búsqueda en Scopus (consulta 2025), reportada con PRISMA, que redujo 499 registros iniciales a 213 documentos (2016–2024), analizados en R (bibliometrix/biblioshiny) y VOSviewer. Los resultados muestran un campo en expansión, con aportes desde salud pública e ingeniería y una fuerte concentración geográfica en China y Estados Unidos. El mapa de coocurrencias sitúa project management y sustainability en el núcleo, vinculados con indicadores de desempeño, liderazgo, stakeholders y herramientas digitales (BIM/Construction 4.0). En conjunto, la evidencia sugiere que la sostenibilidad en la gestión de proyectos se consolida como eje para evaluar iniciativas en el sector salud, aunque todavía hay margen para afinar las métricas y los marcos de gobernanza que conectan estos proyectos con la calidad del servicio.
