Desempeño freelance: efectos motivacionales y conductuales
Resumen
El trabajo freelance ha adquirido protagonismo en el marco del contexto pospandémico, resultado de la digitalización y nuevas formas de organización laboral. En este contexto, resulta relevante comprender los factores motivacionales y conductuales asociados con el desempeño de los trabajadores freelance. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la relación entre factores motivacionales y conductuales en la productividad e innovación de trabajadores freelance en Lima Metropolitana. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño transversal y un alcance explicativo, mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario autoadministrado a 1358 trabajadores freelances. El análisis se realizó utilizando PLS-SEM. Los resultados muestran que la satisfacción laboral impacta positivamente tanto en la autonomía como en la flexibilidad, así como en la productividad. Por otro lado, la autonomía, la flexibilidad, la colaboración y la comunicación influyen en la productividad, la cual está relacionada con la innovación y la creatividad. Se concluye que el desempeño de los trabajadores autónomos responde a una dinámica laboral donde se integran factores motivacionales y conductuales, generando resultados innovadores.
