Preparación digital y actitud emprendedora en egresados universitarios

Resumen

A pesar de las evidentes ventajas competitivas de la transformación tecnológica, el impacto de la preparación digital en la actitud emprendedora de los egresados de educación superior aún no ha sido demostrada. El presente estudio busca analizar la preparación digital para el emprendimiento, de los egresados universitarios en relación con su actitud emprendedora. Se realizó un estudio no experimental, cuantitativo y transversal, utilizando una encuesta estructurada por dimensiones aplicada a 986 egresados de tres universidades. Se empleó modelamiento por ecuaciones estructurales (AFE, AFC y SEM) para evaluar el modelo teórico. Los resultados indican que la preparación digital se asocia con una mayor actitud emprendedora cuando las condiciones contextuales son favorables en términos de financiación, apoyo técnico e institucional.
