Plataformas interactivas y estrategias de gestión del conocimiento durante el Covid-19

Resumen

Hoy en día, todos los procesos educativos, incluida la entrega de competencias, están mediados por las TIC de tecnología de la información y las comunicaciones. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación existente entre el uso de plataformas interactivas y estrategias de gestión del conocimiento durante periodos de confinamiento social. Se aplicó una encuesta compuesta por 26 ítems con escala tipo Likert a 132 docentes en el período comprendido del 01/04/2020 al 15/05/2020. Se concluye que las instituciones educativas de carácter oficial estudiadas a través del personal docente y estudiantado no usa las plataformas interactivas, alegando resistencia a dicho cambio y develando un reto para las entidades escolares. Las instituciones estudiadas deberán lograr conciliar las posturas rígidas y aceptar nuevas formas de experiencias en el aprendizaje, dejando entrever la necesidad inminente de la crisis educativa propiciada por el Covid-19.
