Videos educativos como estrategia tecnológica en el desempeño profesional de docentes de secundaria

Resumen

El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo caracterizar los videos educativos como estrategia tecnológica en el desempeño profesional docentes de secundaria. Metodológicamente, esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva y con diseño pre-experimental; el uso de la estrategia del video educativo se realizó con un equipo de docentes de secundaria, con un instrumento validado por expertos, consistente en un cuestionario, así mismo, una muestra intencional de 10 docentes en una sección de un grado escolar específico. Los resultados muestran que los docentes al iniciarse el estudio, no utilizaban el video educativo; y luego de aplicarse la propuesta, los docentes que laboran en cuarto grado de secundaria, ahora si hacen uso del video educativo, como herramienta educativa significativa en el desarrollo de las sesiones de aprendizaje. Se demuestra, que el docente peruano de educación básica, trata de motivar a sus estudiantes desde su práctica pedagógica, a utilizar las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación, con una tendencia positiva en el desempeño profesional docente.
