Pinceladas teóricas en torno al Cerebro Triuno para mejorar nuestra hermenéutica en el ámbito de toda «Negociación»

Resumen

¿Cómo puede un negociador interpretar adecuadamente los mensajes del entorno ambiental y social en el que se desarrolla la negociación, los símbolos y códigos proveniente del lenguaje verbal y no verbal de su contraparte, sin tener idea de sus procesos determinantes?, esta es la pregunta de investigación y génesis de este sucinto artículo teórico reflexivo. Indiscutiblemente es el cerebro quien muestra nuestra realidad, que tan lejos o que tan cerca estemos de ella, depende de nuestro nivel cognitivo, depende que tan desarrolladas estén nuestras redes neuronales que permitan maximizar los aportes interdisciplinarios inmanentes en nuestro quehacer diario. Así el objetivo de este artículo es analizar el «cerebro triuno» con el fin de aprovechar la plasticidad del cerebro y ampliar nuestra red neuronal-cognitiva para mejorar el procesamiento de la información proveniente del contexto de una negociación. Desde una concepción teórica-documental se realizan breves pinceladas sobre el cerebro reptil, el cerebro límbico, el Neocórtex, para culminar con pequeñas pinceladas sobre la lateralidad hemisférica. No se tiene con certeza el real funcionamiento del cerebro, pero se dispone del «cerebro triuno», un modelo simple que, a través de su tesis, propone una interesante teoría que explica la evolución.
