Habilidades y capacidades del emprendimiento: un estudio bibliométrico

Resumen

El emprendimiento se ha convertido en las últimas décadas en una estrategia social y de conocimiento para el desarrollo de habilidades que permiten en la población económicamente activa, realizar proyectos empresariales para el autoempleo con un mayor grado de certidumbre y posibilidades de una mejor calidad de vida. En este contexto, se realiza un estudio bibliométrico que tiene por objetivo analizar la producción científica registrada en Isi Web of Science en el periodo 2000 al 2016, sobre el tópico de emprendimiento relacionado con “habilidades” o “conocimiento” o “capacidades” o “desarrollo social”. Entre los hallazgos se encuentra un aumento en producción académica de este tema durante el periodo de estudio, siendo el 2012 el año más productivo, así como el H. index de los autores más representativos y el factor de impacto de las revistas donde publicaron estos investigadores. Se concluye que las referencias electrónicas encontradas ofrecen un panorama en donde se vislumbra la importancia del emprendimiento considerando que la mayoría de los estudios se concentran en la formación de habilidades.
