Logistics management of civil construction companies that provide services to the oil sector in the municipality Lagunillas

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to analyze the logistics management of
civil construction companies that provided services to the oil sector in the Lagunillas
municipality. Methodologically, it was classified as an analytical investigation,
with a mixed design, based on a non-experimental, transectional and field aspect.
The population consisted of three (03) managers and six (06) supervisors of the
operational area. Data collection was carried out through a Likert-type questionnaire
validated by five (5) experts. To determine reliability, the Alpha Cronbach method was
used, obtaining a reliability index of 0.992. The results obtained, based on statistical
applications, indicated that at that time the logistics management was fulfilled with a
category of very good and each of the elements that made it up were carried out, within
which logistics planning presented the highest score. evaluation with strengths in
terms of internal analysis of the organization. Likewise, the implementation obtained
a category of very good management and the last element of logistics management,
control, resulted in a category of good, reflecting weaknesses regarding the taking of
timely control measures and audits of logistics activities
