RESUMEN
El artículo plantea el debate entre nacionalistas y autores que defienden un carácter de justicia que supera las fronteras nacionales y que obligaría, en términos de justicia, a reparar a los pueblos empobrecidos. Se afirma que estas posiciones nacionalistas defienden un carácter más solidario o humanitario que compensatorio por los daños causados a otros países con un modelo económico colonial y depredador de las riquezas de las naciones en el sur. Al final, lo que se quiere mostrar es que, a pesar de todos estos argumentos de corte nacionalista, no se resuelve la falta de justicia con aquellas naciones empobrecidas.
ABSTRACT
The article raises the debate among nationalistic views and authors who defend a character of justice that goes beyond national borders and would force, in terms of justice, to repair impoverished people. It is affirmed that these nationalist positions defend a more solidary or humanitarian character than compensatory for the damages caused to other countries with a colonial and predatory economic model of the wealth of the nations in the south. In the end, what we want to show is that, despite all these nationalist arguments, the problem of the lack of justice with those impoverished nations is not resolved.
