Modelo de gestión del consumo urbano sostenible para la ciudad digital estratégica
Resumen
El objetivo del estudio es construir un modelo original que evalúe la gestión del consumo urbano sostenible y la ciudad digital estratégica, desde la perspectiva de la economía circular. Basado en la teoría de modelos, el estudio emplea un enfoque exploratorio y descriptivo, utilizando técnicas bibliográficas y de campo. Los resultados confirman que los constructos y subconstructos definidos son adecuados y adaptables a otros contextos urbanos y organizaciones públicas. La originalidad radica en integrar el concepto teórico de ciudad digital estratégica, donde la gestión del consumo urbano sostenible se viabiliza mediante estrategias municipales que promueven medios para preservar el entorno e interactuar eficazmente con los ciudadanos. Este modelo ofrece un marco para que los planificadores urbanos y agentes públicos gestionen el consumo sostenible, adoptando principios de economía circular en los bienes y servicios consumidos en las ciudades.
