Microlearning as a strategy for massive learning in university education

Keywords: Microlearning, massive learning, university education

Abstract

This article represents a theoretical contrast on the application of microlearning as
a mass learning strategy in University Education, understanding this as the tool that
allows regulating and maintaining learning in small steps, represents a training strategy
that has short-term content arranged in a learning path that adapts to particular
needs, in order to develop strategies for the application of this tool in University
Education and that students are involved in the construction of their training. The
idea of the research is to determine the influence of microlearning or also known as
micro-learning in Institutions. For its approach, a documentary-type methodology was
applied, which left as a reflection that each individual learns at their own pace and in
this the commitment and strategies that the various institutions develop in the work of
making careers more attractive for their students are important.
