RESUMEN
Los saberes indígenas constituyen el lado oscuro del conocimiento global. Se han construido como un contrapunto de la historia del conocimiento y de los derechos. Conscientes de las dificultades que los pueblos indígenas han tenido para enunciarse como sujetos de conocimientos y derechos, este trabajo pretende abordar el relato de estas dificultades, así como las dinámicas y procesos de construcción de conocimiento indígena. Para ello procederemos desde una perspectiva crítico-negativa sugiriendo la necesidad de descolonización de las metodologías occidentales, así como de los discursos de derechos que han apoyado este proceso de construcción de conocimiento. Esta crítica será condición de posibilidad para enunciar la cualidad y diferencia del conocimiento indígena, así como la proyección que esta manera diferenciada de entender los saberes tiene y produce sobre los derechos. Desde ahí transitaremos hacia la propuesta de un “paradigma indígena de los saberes”, condición de posibilidad para entender el planteamiento de vida indígena. Finalmente realizaremos unas conclusiones evidenciando como esta mirada otra, diferente sobre los saberes (indígenas), tiene repercusiones importantes y serias para entender y construir otro discurso de derechos humanos.
ABSTRACT
Indigenous knowledge constitutes the dark side of global knowledge. They have been built as a counterpoint to the History of knowledge and rights. Aware of the difficulties that indigenous peoples have had to declare themselves as subjects of knowledge and rights, this work aims to address the narrative of these difficulties, as well as the dynamics and processes of construction of indigenous knowledge. For this we proceed from a critical-negative perspective suggesting the need for decolonization of Western methodologies, as well as the discourses of rights that have supported this process of knowledge construction. This critique will be a condition of possibility to enunciate the quality and difference of indigenous knowledge, as well as the projection that this differentiated way of understanding knowledge has and produces about rights. From there we will move towards the proposal of an "indigenous paradigm of knowledge", a condition of possibility to understand the approach of indigenous life. Finally we will make a conclusion evidencing how this look another, different on the (indigenous) knowledge, has important and serious repercussions to understand and build another human rights discourse.
