Acción democrática y su evolución histórica
Abstract
Acción Democrática ha visto reducido sus apoyos electorales desde 1993. Esto no se ha producido de manera homogénea, sino más bien que se acentúa a medida que avanzamos del ámbito local al nacional; así mismo se observa una disminución progresiva de sus militantes y simpatizantes. Por otro lado, la percepción ideológica del partido, por parte de los ciudadanos, se orienta a considerarlo como un partido de derecha. Estos hechos, en el marco de una estructura partidista que limita la participación de sus bases al espacio de los Comités Locales, dan cuenta del carácter estructural de la crisis por la cual atraviesa Acción Democrática en la actualidad.
