A partir de la propuesta teórica de la descolonialidad del poder se analizan una serie de violencias epistémicas que se circunscriben a la partería tutunaku de la Sierra Norte de Puebla, que parten de la colonialidad del saber y del ser, al no considerar visiones alternativas a la hegemónica del trabajo asalariado, denigrando e invalidando Saberes Otros de la partería tradicional en los que tienen un papel central los trabajos afectivos y de cuidado, que permiten generar ingresos monetarios, autoestima personal, identidad social y estructuración social. ABSTRACT This article describes theoretical approaches to the midwifery affective labor analysis, under the state interculturality policies framework in the field of health-care. From the theoretical proposal of the descolonialidad del poder, a series of epistemic violence confined to the tutunaku midwifery of Puebla’s Sierra Norte are analyzed, such epistemic violence depart from the coloniality of knowledge and being by not considering alternative perspectives of the paid job hegemonic, denigrating and negating other knowledge of the traditional midwifery in which care and effective labor play the main role that enable generate monetary income, personal self-esteem, social identity and social structuring.
