W. F. Hegel reniega de la negación de la negación para dar lugar a una dialéctica abierta, de la emergencia, en la línea de C. C. F. Krause. Este escrito ofrece notas para pensar formas de opresión, subordinación e integración (no) absorbentes de la diversidad en las relaciones entre el individuo (varón) y los procesos, entre los individuos (varones) y entre el individuo (varón-mujer) y las instituciones (familia-matrimonio-sociedad civil-estado) para detenernos especialmente en el tipo de relación que hace de un individuo una mujer. Asumiendo los aportes de Gayle Rubin, Lorena Cabnal y Carla Lonzi, propone una lectura exegética –a un lado de intenciones de recuperación o de rescate–, para visibilizar nudos de resistencia epistemológica y abrir fisuras discursivas que intervengan el texto y lo trastoquen. Formulamos la pregunta sobre la relación de la mujer consigo, con el otro (varón), en la (re)producción y con la propiedad, es decir, por el lugar –de opresión, explotación, subyugación– en el sistema de acumulación del capital o, de otro modo ¿cuáles son las relaciones por las cuales una mujer es una mujer?</p><p><strong>ABSTRACT </strong></p><p>The fecundity of Krausism, positivism and humanism in the writings of Carlos Norberto Vergara (1859/1929) allows us to envisage the particularity of a dialectical movement that unlike G. F. Hegel disowns the denial of the denial to give way to an open dialectic—dialectic of emergence—on the line of C. C. Krause assumed in our latitudes by the pedagogue. This writing offers some notes to think of forms of oppression, subordination, and integration (non) absorbent of the diversity of relations between individual (male) and processes; among individuals (males), and between the individual (malefemale) and the institutions (family-matrimony-civil society-state), especially considering the kind of relation that makes an individual a woman. Assuming the contributions of Gayle Rubin, Lorena Cabnal and Carla Lonzi, it proposes a deviated approach –to the side of recovery or rescue intentions– in order to visualize epistemological resistance points and open discursive fissures that intervene and disrupt the text. We pose the question about the relation of the woman with herself, with the other (male), in (re)production and with property; that is, the question about her place –of oppression, exploitation, subjugation– within the system of accumulation of capital.
