JF - REDIELUZ JA - REDIELUZ VL - 10 IS - 1 SE - Ciencias Sociales y Humanas DO - UR - https://www.produccioncientificaluz.org/index.php/redieluz/article/view/33267 SP - 76-87 AB - RESUMEN La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar las habilidades gerenciales para la administración del talento humano, tomando como referencias una población que estuvo constituida por diez (10) docentes y cuatro (4) directivos ganadores de concurso, en instituciones educativas, perteneciente al Distrito 23D02, Circuito 3 de la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. Los datos se recolectaron, a través de la aplicación de una encuesta, a directivos y docentes, con categorías de respuestas siempre, casi siempre, algunas veces, casi nunca y nunca bajo la escala de Likert y estructurado en treinta y nueve (39) ítems, validado por expertos y aplicado a una prueba piloto, también se determinó la confiabilidad a través del Alfa de Cronbach, resultando confiable (Alpha= 0,9319). Los docentes encuestados concluyen, que existe falta de compromiso y liderazgo por parte de los directivos, y aspiran que las habilidades gerenciales, sean de gran aporte al fortalecimiento del talento humano de la institución, para que el ejercicio docente sea más eficiente y eficaz, y se refleje en el mejoramiento de los procesos institucionales, calidad educativa y el bienestar de los estudiantes.ABSTRACT This research was carried out with the main objective of analyzing the management skills for the administration of human talent, taking as reference a population that was constituted by eighty (80) teachers and four (4) executives of the belonging to District 23D02, Circuit 3 of the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. The data was collected through the application of a survey, both to teachers and teachers, with categories of responses always, almost always, sometimes, almost never and never under the Likert scale and structured in thirty-nine (39) items, validated by experts and applied to a pilot test, reliability was also determined through the Cronbach’s Alpha, being reliable (Alpha = 0.9319). The teachers surveyed conclude that there is a lack of commitment and leadership on the part of the managers, and that they aspire that the managerial strategies are of great contribution to the strengthening of the human talent of the institution so that the teaching exercise is more efficient and effective, It is also reflected in the improvement of all institutional processes and this ultimately results in the educational quality and well-being of its students.
