Considerando planteamientos realizados por Leff (2007, 2010), Wallerstein(2009) y Padrón (2013). La concepción de ambiente ha evolucionado desde objeto proveedora sujeto de derechos, sin llegar a una práctica coherente con esta última, pues modelos hegemónicos y relaciones sociopolíticas internacionales se encuentran atrapadas en una racionalidad reflexiva que impide asumir una nueva concepción del mundo.AbstractIn order to identify conceptions of environment present in the global environmental agenda, inquest is made in documents of the summits of the earth (1972-2012). From the rationalist approach - inferential, interpretive categories are created and contextual elements are contemplated sociopolitical. Considering proposals made by Leff (2007, 2010), Wallerstein (2009) and Padron (2013). The concept of environment has evolved from a supplier object subject of rights, without reaching a practice consistent with the latter; as hegemonic models and international socio-political relations are trapped in areflective rationality that prevents assume a new outlook.
