En este sentido, el propósito es el de presentar los rasgos característicos de dicho capital asociado al desarrollo rural sostenible, identificando los agentes dinamizadores que más le afiancen, conceptualizándolo a partir de los componentes coexistentes y de la transversalidad ambiental que históricamente se le ha conferido. Como técnica cualitativa, emplea la captura de datos mediante cuaderno de notas, diagnóstico rápido participativo y entrevista estructurada para luego categorizar y realizar contrastaciones teóricas. Al mismo tiempo, interrelaciona los principales postulados del capital social con los del desarrollo, y deriva tanto en un enfoque de flujo como en la propuesta de mejoras operativas de uno de los principales servicios públicos que requieren: el aprovisionamiento y suministro de agua potable.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong><br />This research tries to see the relationships in the social capital of the municipality Tocópero from a holistic view, where rural plays a leading role. In this sense, the purpose is to present the characteristics of the capital associated with sustainable rural development, identifying dynamic agents that more entrenched, conceptualized from the coexisting components and environmental integration which historically has been conferred. As qualitative technique employs data capture using notebook, participatory rapid diagnostic and structured interview, then categorize and make theoretical contrasts.
