campo, transeccional, no experimental.

Abstract
The research was framed to identify factors associated with operational
productivity in the laboratories of mechanical engineering at public
colleges Zulia state. Theoretically research was supported by the theoretical
contributions of Daft (2005), Mayer (2005), Davis and Newstrom (2003),
Fernández et al. (2003), among others. The methodology is contextualized
within a type of descriptive research, with a field design, transactional, not
experimental. The population consisted of 77 teachers who undertake its
teaching in the laboratories of mechanical engineering at public colleges Zulia
state. The survey questionnaire as a tool of 26 items with Likert-type scale was
used as a technique and. Validation is performed using expert judgment and
reliability using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, yielding a value of 0.91. The
relative frequencies and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation were
used to analyze the results. It was concluded that as an internal factor which is
better positioned infrastructure is followed by research and development and
external factors in the availability of materials or commodities. In this sense,
mechanical engineering laboratories should have a space that will motivate
work and study and inspire a sense of belonging to the university community
must also project an image of functional, pleasant and safe campus to help
increase the indicators in the area of research with the added value of devising
strategies to link research with the needs of industry partner - productive.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Impacto Científico}, author={Antúnez, Jorge and Alvarado, Yajaira}, year={2020}, month={sep.}, pages={74-89} }
