Abstract

The research indicates the impact of the cooperation agreements executed by the Universidad del Zulia (LUZ) in the external sector during the period 2000-2003, the objective was to determine the impact and the benefits LUZ get when it run a convention. 107 agreements were reviewed and a sample of 47 key informants as executing inmates.
