Transición digital y transformación empresarial y laboral: una visión panorámica

Resumen

Estudio crítico e histórico-comparado sobre el desarrollo de las relaciones laborales y empresariales según los modelos económicos. Se trata de un estudio de Principios de Economía Política, desde el enfoque de Economía Institucional y de Economía Global y Gestión Intercultural, en el que se revisan fundamentos y se retiran velos de confusión, además de permitir un ejercicio retrospectivo. Se parte de la crisis de COVID-19, que ha resultado un acelerante en la transición digital y la transformación empresarial y laboral. Durante la crisis han despuntado nuevas relaciones laborales, sin regulación propia aún, por lo que hay Gobiernos que intentan forzar su encaje en viejas categorías. Este estudio pretende ofrecer una panorámica de lo que supone el cambio paradigmático, al pasarse del modelo de economía de bienestar estatal a la de bienestar personal.
